I started Ground Control Equity™ LLC to grow and guard wealth while working with people I like, trust and respect. My experience has taught me that a successful partnership is one that wins for each of us. When you partner with Ground Control, you won’t find ambiguous deal structures or mysterious fees.  You won’t find waterfall returns from spreadsheet razzle-dazzle. I aim for realistic, practical value that is easy to identify.

I find opportunities to make NOI better, with better efficiencies, better costs, better ways to grow income streams. Every day I strive to simplify and figure out how to make that more practical, and knowing the local market has always kept things profitable.  If I don't have answers, I find them. I am never pressured to invest. I value strategic partnerships because I know they help increase profitability, not deal envy.

While I was born in New York, New England has been my home for over 25 years, adopting  Maine, where I reside, as my "place." New Englanders are a fervent lot. We take our Maine slogan, "the way life should be" to heart, and share in that sentiment with everyone around us. When natural wonder meets economic opportunity, it's a solid investment play whether you are a native or not. Yet, like any other market, many variables need to be digested before you make a commitment to purchase investment properties in any location. That's where Ground Control comes in.
